Aeka Boho Woman

Aeka Boho Woman is a Slow Fashion Brand where we make limited number of pieces in each style so as to offer offer our patrons exclusivity and unique style. We don't believe in mass production and allow for only a limited number of pieces in each style to be under production at any given point in time. This also helps us minimise wastage and stay true to our vision of treading gently on the planet we call our home. Products once returned are not circulated back in the market allowing us to stay true to our promise of the highest standard of service to our patrons. Our return policy has been finalised in order to protect the interests of our artisans who put in hours of intensive labor and love into each garment.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted if they are initiated up to up to 14 days after placing the order.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition, excluding signs of wear and damage
  • Any order can be returned only once
  • Tags and Barcodes should be intact for the item to be considered as eligible for Returns
  • Refunds will be in form of Store Credit or Transfer of funds minus the shipping costs, Taxes and Duties applied originally and  incurred by us
  • Store Credit:

    • A store credit will be issued within 48 hours after the order is picked up. In the unlikely case of a delay, please reach out to us at support@aekabohowoman.com. Store Credits will be provided via email
    • The store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue
    • The credit will be of the amount of the returned products minus the shipping cost only
    • Shipping costs, Taxes and duties paid will not be credited back in any case
  • Items not eligible for Returns include but are not limited to, items bought with store credit, items bought on discount, items bought using a discount code(Except Joining Discount), customised items
  • Refund includes the full order amount minus the absorbed shipping, taxes and duties cost. This cost may vary by location, and notification will be sent upon return receipt
  • Return Shipping cost will not be borne by Aeka Boho Woman
  • Aeka Boho Woman reserves the right to determine the item's eligibility for return
  • For damaged orders, contact us at info@aekabohowoman.com with your order number and photos within 3 days of receiving the item 

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@aekabohowoman.com to initiate the return process
  2. Clearly state your order number, the item(s) for return, and the reason
  3. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address

Return Shipping:

  • As of now, we do not facilitate reverse pick ups
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe and timely return arrival

Refund:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent
  • In case of Damaged goods, If established, a refund will be processed, credited to the original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the item

Exchanges:

  • Direct exchanges are not offered at this time.
  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item
